You will find sea salt packed with magnesium, softening almond oil, essential oils, and physical pieces of lemongrass and lemon balm inside, with Matcha green tea powder added for a truly energising boost. The bath sharpens your mind, improves your mood, fills your body with vital energy, and leaves a subtle yet powerfully positive lemon aroma on your skin.

Active ingredients:
Lemon balm – has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, reduces swelling and skin redness, harmonises thoughts, and helps find the path to inner wisdom and strength
Lemongrass – supports the regeneration of tired muscles, aids bruise healing, prevents fungal growth on the feet, and clears negative energy from the mind
Matcha green tea – revitalises, hydrates, and improves skin texture; stimulates the production of serotonin and dopamine, the hormones for happiness, satisfaction, and optimism 
Almond oil – leaves the skin feeling soft 
Epsom salt – packed with magnesium, sodium, and potassium, relieves muscle tension

Directions for use:
Add at least 3 tablespoons of salt to your bath, light some candles, and enjoy 15 minutes of relaxation. Do not forget to use a natural sea sponge or an exfoliating hemp mitt at the end of your bathing ritual to remove any salt residue from your skin. Place a strainer in the plughole when draining the water to prevent any remaining bits from clogging the drain.
