GREEN IDEA Milk Thistle Herbal Extract
Food supplement GREEN IDEA Milk thistle - Silybum Marianum herbal extract for liver protection is 100% vegan. Milk thistle contains a large number of active substances (especially silymarin), which have been successfully used as a means of supporting the normal functioning of liver tissue and digestion. Protects cells and tissues from oxidative stress. It helps maintain normal heart function and contributes to normal blood sugar levels. Helps detoxification. Supports natural defences.
Content of active ingredients in 1 capsule / daily dose 1 - 2 capsules
- Milk thistle standardized extract 300 mg / 300-600 mg
- Vitamin C 80 mg / 80-160 mg 100-200 % RHP
What does "RHP" mean?
The RHP refers to the amount of vitamins or minerals that a person should take in a day to meet their basic nutritional requirements and to avoid deficiency of these substances. This value replaced the recommended daily allowance (RDA)
Recommended dosage
1-2 times a day 1 capsule. Follow a 4 week administration cycle and 1 week discontinue.
Storage
Keep dry at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or in freezing conditions.
Notice
Dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not suitable for children under three years of age, pregnant and nursing mothers. Keep out of reach of children! It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
