GREEN IDEA St. John's Wort herbal extract
The food supplement GREEN IDEA St. John's Wort - Hypericum perforatum contains St. John's Wort, an herb with a high content of hypericin. St. John's Wort is recommended for emotional imbalances, mood enhancement and sleep disorders. Hypericin helps with feelings of anxiety and states of hopelessness. St. John's wort is good for normal urinary tract function, normal respiratory and cardiovascular system function.
Content of active ingredients in 1 capsule / daily dose 1 - 2 capsules
- St. John's wort standardized extract 300 mg 300 - 600 mg
- Vitamin C 25 mg 25 - 50 mg 31 - 62 % RHP
What does "RHP" mean?
The RHP refers to the amount of vitamins or minerals that a person should take in a day to meet their basic nutritional requirements and to avoid deficiency of these substances. This value replaced the recommended daily allowance (RDA)
Recommended dosage
1 - 2 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Maximum effects are achieved with long-term use.
Look out! St. John's wort causes hypersensitivity to sun exposure.
Storage
Keep dry at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or in freezing conditions.
Notice
Dietary supplement. Not suitable for children under three years of age, pregnant and nursing mothers. Keep out of reach of children! It does not replace a varied diet.
