Active ingredients
- Lecithin is the body's own substance and is an important part of every cell in the human body. It is sometimes referred to as "brain food". Lecithin is found in many foods of plant and animal origin - liver, egg yolks, soybeans and various nuts.
- Linolic acid is an essential fatty acid that belongs to the omega-6 fatty acids. Contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of 10 grams of linoleic acid per day.
