Guardini Gardenia 37 × 32cm

Hi-Top steel gives the Guardini Gardenia baking tray its strength and resistance to warping. The baking tray has a two-layer non-stick coating for preparing food with a minimal amount of fat. The low 2.1cm rim is designed for baking biscuits, pizza or other crispy pastries. The tray is scratch-resistant and can withstand oven temperatures of up to 230°C. Hand washing is recommended to protect the non-stick surface.

Hi-Top steel and non-stick surface

The Guardini Gardenia tray is made from Hi-Top steel, also known as ECCS steel. This steel gives the tray greater strength and resistance to warping, even at high temperatures. The manufacturer applies the two-layer non-stick surface to the steel using COIL COATING technology for an even distribution across the entire surface. The non-stick layer prevents food from sticking and makes it easy to cook with minimal fat.

Use and maintenance of the tray

The low 2.1cm rim is designed for baking biscuits, pizza or other crispy pastries. The tray can withstand a maximum baking temperature of 230°C and its surface is scratch-resistant. The manufacturer recommends hand washing to protect the non-stick surface; it is not suitable for dishwasher use. The tray is made in Italy.
