BIO Camu Camu is an exotic fruit Camu Camu (Myrciaria dubia) in powder form. The red-green fruit, perhaps unknown to many, grows in the wild in the Amazon rainforest of South America. It is exceptional due to its antioxidant content, specifically vitamin C. Up to 200 mg of vitamin C can be found in 1 dose, which supports the immune system and collagen production for bone function, cartilage, gums, blood vessels, skin and teeth. Vitamin C, among other things, increases iron absorption and helps in reducing fatigue and tiredness, or protecting cells from oxidative stress. You can turn the powder into a drink, add it to teas or your favorite smoothies, or add it to food.

Recommended dosage
