HAMA Safe X120

The Hama Safe X120 shredder is a reliable assistant for securely disposing of documents at home or in a small office. With its cross-cut action, which turns paper into small 4×40mm particles, and its P-4 security level, it meets the requirements for personal data protection under GDPR. In addition to paper, it also handles plastic cards and even paper clips. The shredder's features are rounded off with automatic functions and overheating protection.

High level of security according to GDPR

The Hama Safe X120 shredder provides a high level of protection for your sensitive data. It meets the P-4 security level according to the DIN 66399 standard, which complies with the requirements for personal data protection (GDPR). Documents are cross-cut into small particles measuring 4×40mm. The steel blades handle not only paper but also paper clips, so you don't have to remove them before shredding. Operation is also safe thanks to a mechanism that automatically stops the machine if the shredder head is not correctly placed on the bin.

Convenient and automated operation

Using the shredder is designed for convenience. With the automatic start and stop function, the device starts itself when paper is inserted and switches off after shredding is complete. If the paper gets jammed, the reverse function helps to release the stuck material. LED indicators keep you informed about the device's status, signalling when it is on and if it is overheating. The 21-litre collection bin holds a large amount of waste, so you don't have to empty it often. The maximum noise level during operation is 68dB.
