Hendi Pizza grid - o330 mm
Hendi Pizza grid - o330 mm
Love delicious pizza with a crispy base, but feel like it's just not the same when baked on a tray? Get yourself a Hendi pizza screen, which is suitable for both home and professional use. The screen has a dense mesh of holes, which allows water to evaporate from the bottom of the pizza during baking, and the base will be unusually crispy and delicate. Another advantage is that the finished pizza can be easily removed from the screen, so you don't have to worry about the dough breaking or being damaged in any way. The Hendi screen has a diameter of 330mm, is made of aluminium and has non-riveted edges.
