Sandwich base and safe handles
The encapsulated sandwich base is a key element for efficient cooking. Its construction combines an aluminium layer, which is an excellent heat conductor, with inner and outer layers of stainless steel. In addition, the outer casing of the base, made of 430-type steel, ensures full compatibility with induction hobs.
