Active ingredients
- Siberian ginseng is an adaptogen that stands out among others for its ability to strengthen the body's resistance to stress, but also for its ability to support concentration, endurance performance, and help with mental fatigue. It contains the active ingredients eleutheroside B and E with properties related to mental performance and status. Siberian ginseng is therefore used in times of high stress and to improve concentration - both at work and during sports performance. Unlike caffeine, Siberian ginseng stimulates the body, but without the side effects of exhaustion.
- Coenzyme Q10 has properties related to the production of cellular energy in the form of ATP. This is the end product of the so-called. cellular respiration, which takes place constantly in the mitochondria of each cell. During cellular respiration, a large number of free radicals are constantly generated, which coenzyme Q10 helps to effectively buffer. It protects mitochondria and cell membranes from damage and makes them more efficient. The body's production of coenzyme Q10 decreases with age.

In 2 capsules: Cordyceps sinensis (Chinese Caterpillar) mycelium powder 400 mg, Cordyceps sinensis (Cordyzumib®) mycelium extract (Chinese Caterpillar) 300 mg, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose), Siberian ginseng root extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus) 200 mg, Coenzyme Q10 100 mg, Maltodextrin filler, anti-caking agents (silica, magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 0.4 µg (16% of the reference intake of vitamins).
Recommended dosage
2 capsules daily on an empty stomach - before breakfast or the next meal.
Notice
