Active ingredients
- Reishi is nicknamed the "king of mushrooms" and it's not just for nothing. It is currently the most extensively researched adaptogenic mushroom with more than 5000 peer-reviewed articles or studies focusing on its effects. Reishi contains hundreds of bioactive compounds or bioactive molecules (in the Research and Development Department of Hifas da Terra, these ingredients have been studied for more than 20 years), whose effects are related to mental fitness and many other areas. The scientific portal Pubmed has published more than 1,000 articles on the effects of mushrooms over the past 10 years, and a large number of them have focused on Reishi. The earliest records of Reishi date back to the second millennium BC. n. l. Emperor Quin Shi Huang Di (who built the Great Wall of China) was looking for the elixir of life at that time and was gifted with Reishi. After trying it, all varieties of this mushroom were reserved exclusively for the emperor. To this day, Reishi is considered the most valuable part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In the 16th century, the Chinese scholar Li Shih-Chen described its properties, and it became more widely known in the world in the 1950s, when it began to be studied outside China and Japan.
- Maitake or Grifola frondosa is one of the most popular adaptogenic mushrooms and is part of the well-known trinity of Reishi, Maitake, Shiitake used in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a tonic and adaptogen. Maitake is popular in China and Japan, it is called Hen of the Woods, Sheepshead or River Mushroom. Maitake contains beta-glucans, natural adaptogenic modulators whose structure is more complex than that of oatmeal beta-glucans.
- Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) is an adaptogenic mushroom containing phenolic compounds - natural adaptogenic modulators. Its name is a derivation of the Japanese word Shii (a tree similar to a chestnut) and the word take (a mushroom). It is one of the first mushrooms cultivated on wood and also the most widespread edible mushroom in the world. It is used as a natural aphrodisiac, contains all essential amino acids, iron, calcium, zinc and especially polysaccharides such as beta-glucan lentinan.
- Almond mushroom (Agaricus blazei Murill), also called sun mushroom, is one of the best known and most studied adaptogenic mushrooms due to its high content of polysaccharides and minerals such as zinc, which has properties associated with the defense shield. In addition, it also contains gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) with properties related to the microbiome, neurogenesis and the cardiovascular system, and natural lovastatin. Almond mushroom is also valued for its allergy-related properties, its effects are similar to Reishi or Lion's Mane. Due to its characteristic aroma and taste, it is nicknamed the almond mushroom. The almond mushroom is widespread in the Brazilian rainforest, hence one of its names, Piedade mushroom or Brazilian oyster mushroom. The Chinese call him Ji Song Rong, the Japanese Himematsutake.
- Chaga has a long tradition of use in Siberian medicine, growing in the northern forests of Europe. Due to its black colour and enormously strong effect, it is called the black pearl or diamond of the forest. Especially since the 1960s, research on Chaga has been intensively pursued by the scientific community around the world, which has mapped its properties related to defensive shielding, civilization issues, and other areas. Chaga contains large amounts of polysaccharides, inotodiol, betulin and betulinic acid.

In two capsules: bio extract of the fruit of Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi - Lesklokroka) 316.8 mg, bio extract of the fruit of Grifola frondosa (Maitake - Reed Canary Grass) 158.40 mg, bio extract of the fruit of Lentitula edodes (Shiitake) 158.40 mg, bio extract of the fruit of Agaricus blazei (Mushroom) 158.40 mg, bio extract of mycelium of Inonotus obliquus (Chaga - Cutting Grass) 158,40 mg, organic extract of Malphigia glabra (Acerola) 70.58 mg (provides 12 mg of vitamin C - 15% of the reference value of vitamin intake), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Recommended dosage
2 capsules daily - fasting before breakfast or during the day between main meals. The ideal length of the bark is 2 months.
Notice
