AL-KO Comfort 40.4 E Electric Lawnmower
The AL-KO Comfort 40.4 E electric lawnmower with 3-in-1 function (mowing, collecting and mulching) is the ideal lawn care tool for dense housing areas thanks to its emission-free and noiseless operation. The powerful 40 cm mower with large wheels (155/190 mm) and a comfortable rubberised handle is the optimal machine even for less experienced users. It ensures efficient mowing of lawn areas up to approx. 600 m². The cutting height can be adjusted centrally, with one lever, from 28 to 68 mm. The aerodynamic shape of the mower body and the large ejection opening ensure that grass clippings are collected efficiently and the 43-litre collection basket is optimally filled. The work is further facilitated by the basket fill signal and a practical handle for easy emptying.

Mulching function for natural lawn fertilisation
Thanks to the 3-in-1 function, the AL-KO Comfort 40.4 E offers a mulching function: the finely cut grass returns to the lawn as natural fertiliser. This is achieved easily and without tools by inserting the included mulching wedge into the discharge opening of the mower. Mulching also saves you the trouble of having to deal with grass clippings and fertiliser costs.
Quiet operation thanks to electric motor
The AL-KO Comfort 40.4 E is equipped with a 1400 W electric motor and thus operates without exhaust fumes, noise and worries about engine oil and fuel. The mower's mains-powered operation also guarantees quiet operation without interruptions due to battery recharging or refuelling, as well as lower weight (only 19.2 kg) thanks to the absence of a petrol engine or battery. The safety switch with cable safety against pulling the cable out of the socket makes starting and operating the mower completely easy and safe. The height-adjustable handle adapts to the operator's height and the practical handle on the mower is easy to carry and overcome obstacles, while the foldable handle allows space-saving storage without requiring much space.
