Sanitary silicone Ceresit CS 25 is an acetate sealant designed to fill transition and joining joints between ceramic tiles. Thanks to its elasticity and high resistance to water and temperature, it is ideal for use in bathrooms, kitchens, showers, balconies and terraces. It does not crack, does not settle and can handle places with material movement. Formulated with MicroProtect technology, it provides triple protection against mould and microorganisms, ensuring a long life and hygienic environment. Ceresit CS 25 offers excellent adhesion to dry and non-absorbent surfaces such as glass, ceramics and porcelain. Its versatile use includes both interior and exterior, and it is available in a wide range of colour options. Once cured, it is permanently elastic and adaptable to external influences.

Use:
1. Before applying CERESIT CS 25, the substrate must be prepared and made clean, dry, free of moisture and solvent cleaned (glass, aluminium). CS 25 always remains elastic and is therefore recommended for compounds that are active. Joints must be secured with tape to prevent excess silicone from flowing over the joint surface.
2. Cut the tip of the funnel cap according to the width of the joints. CERESIT CS 25 should be applied directly to the surface of the joint with a silicone gun and then levelled with a spatula dipped in a mixture of soap and water. After applying CS 25, remove the tape you used to prepare the joint.
3. After applying CERESIT CS 25, ensure that the joints are level within 5 to 10 minutes. Undried material can be removed with solvent and dried parts can only be removed mechanically. CS 25 should be left to dry for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 3 hours.
