Den Braven POLYESTER chemical anchor is a 2-component chemical anchoring system based on styrene-free polyester resins. It is designed for very fast, high-strength anchoring. It chemically anchors steel bars, railing bases and bolts, and can be used for anchoring into concrete, blocks, solid masonry and hollow bricks. It is also suitable for the mechanical fixing of shop windows, garage doors and displays. Den Braven POLYESTER chemical anchor is easy to apply and cures quickly.

Instructions for use:
First, drill a hole of the required dimensions. Thoroughly clean the hole using a brush and pump. It is essential that both components are properly mixed (grey colour). Apply using an applicator gun (mechanical or electric). Dispense the first 10cm or so outside the hole until the anchor turns grey. Then apply the material directly into the hole and insert the threaded rod or other elements with a twisting motion. When applying to hollow materials, you must use a plastic or metal sleeve and the hole must be filled completely with mortar. When anchoring into solid materials, do not use sleeves and fill the hole to 1/3 to 1/2 of its depth.
