FISKARS Splitting Axe M - X24

The Fiskars X24 M splitting axe is designed for the efficient processing of medium-sized logs with a diameter of 20 to 30cm. Its forged carbon steel head has a double-hardened blade that stays sharp for a long time. The light yet strong FiberComp™ handle has a non-slip SoftGrip™ surface, which contributes to safe handling. Thanks to its balance and construction, the axe requires less effort to use.

Durable head with a sharp blade

The axe head is made from forged carbon steel, which gives it high strength. The blade undergoes a double-hardening process that increases its durability and extends the life of the edge. The blade surface has a special low-friction coating. This reduces friction when splitting and also protects the steel from corrosion. The design, featuring a wider blade and an integrated splitting wedge, makes it easier to split even tougher logs.

Ergonomic and safe handle

The axe handle is made from FiberComp™ material, which is lightweight but also strong and virtually unbreakable. Its construction dampens the shocks generated during impact. The handle has a non-slip SoftGrip™ surface finish. The ergonomically curved shape with a flared end prevents the axe from slipping out of your hand and increases safety during work.

The Fiskars X24 M axe is designed with a balance between the head and the handle. This contributes to swing speed, impact power, and efficient splitting.
