The HECHT 747 petrol cultivator is powered by a four-stroke OHV engine with a displacement of 173cm³ and a power output of 3kW. The cultivator, with its steel construction, weighs 34kg and is designed for loosening and cultivating soil in medium-sized gardens and flowerbeds, for preparing beds before planting, or for incorporating fertiliser and compost into the soil; it can also work on sloping terrain. It is equipped with a durable metal gearbox that ensures reliable power transmission. The soil is tilled by 24 specially shaped blades made of solid steel. The outer blades can be removed to adjust the working width as needed. The maximum working width is 60cm, which makes it easy to handle even in less accessible areas. Operation is made easy by the simple starting mechanism. Ergonomically shaped handles with control levers ensure safe guidance of the machine. Safety at work is enhanced by a large protective cover that protects against flying soil. The design of the HECHT 747 cultivator also includes an adjustable front transport wheel for easier transport and an adjustable support stand that provides stability when the machine is not in use.
