PERLIT Plantbee Perlite 10 l

The PERLIT Plantbee Perlite substrate is a natural additive that significantly improves the properties of your growing media. This light and airy material, made from expanded volcanic rock, helps to aerate the soil and improve its permeability. At the same time, it helps maintain optimal moisture levels and prevents waterlogging, promoting the development of a strong root system. It is ideal for growing vegetables, herbs, ornamental flowers and succulents.

A versatile growing aid

You can use perlite in several ways. It is most commonly mixed into growing media, where it significantly improves the soil structure and gives the roots better access to air. Its ability to retain moisture while preventing waterlogging promotes the development of a strong root system. It is also suitable for propagating plants from cuttings, for hydroponic growing, or as a separate drainage layer at the bottom of pots and planters to protect the roots from rot.
