HoMedics Shiatsu Massage Mat BMSC-1000H

The HoMedics BMSC-1000H massage pad with three massage zones is equipped with a special massage mechanism that imitates the hands of the masseur. Penetrating heat along with the up and down movement of the massage heads will release your stiff back muscles. The pad can be used almost everywhere, and is compatible with most home and office chairs.

Shiatsu or finger pressure is a Japanese massage technique based on the eastern healing tradition and western physiology and psychology. Shiatsu works with acupuncture paths and points to restore the natural flow of vital energy, thus enhancing the energy balance in the body.
