Tiskárna odmítá tisk na formát A6. (formát A5 tiskne bez problému). I po aktualizaci a mnoha pokusech o různé natavení, vždy když vložím formát A6, na tiskárně se objeví hlášení NESHODNÝ FORMÁT PAPÍRU , Velikost papíru zjištěná tiskárnou neodpovídá velikosti papíru pro tiskovou úlohu. Přitom po zasunutí zásobníku vždy zvolím A6, a v tiskové úloze na PC totéž.

Dobry den, mam tuto tiskarnu od listopadu 2017. Celou dobu pouzivam vyhradne originalni HP cartridge. V prumeru tisknu v pracovni den max do 5 stranek cerna/barevna. Posledni dobou ale uz behem dvou dnu musim provadet 2 stupnove cisteni hlavy, jinak je tisk nemozny. Jak postupovat? Je mozne v ramci reklamace resit profesionalni vycisteni hlav? Nebo je mozna chyba nekde jine? Dekuji

Tohle se mi u 20 stránkového dokumentu stane třeba 6x je to asi nejhorší podavač co jsem zažil. Tak přemýšlím, jestli to není důvod pro reklamaci zařízení.
