Ibumax is used for mild to moderate pain and inflammation control in adults, adolescents and children 6 years of age and older. The active ingredient in Ibumax is ibuprofen. Ibumax belongs to a group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic drugs that are used to control inflammation, pain and fever. IBUMAX is used for mild to moderate pain, e.g. for headaches, teeth, back, for painful menstruation, for muscle and joint pain accompanying flu-like illnesses, for musculoskeletal injuries such as bruises and sprains, in febrile states in influenza diseases and as an adjunctive treatment for febrile states in other diseases. The product is intended for adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age.
💊 Use
Adults and adolescents (12-18 years):
Unless otherwise directed by a physician, adults and adolescents over 12 years of age usually take 1-2 IBUMAX coated tablets 3-4 times daily for febrile illness and pain, up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day divided into several doses. The interval between doses is at least 4 hours.
Children (6-12 years):
Children aged 6-12 years are given 1 coated tablet 2-3 times a day for febrile illnesses and pain. For children with a body weight up to 30 kg, do not exceed a dose of 2 tablets per day. The interval between doses is 6-8 hours.
In the case of inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the joints and spine or soft tissue rheumatism (excluding joint rheumatism), the product is used only on the advice of a doctor, who will determine the dosage and duration of treatment. If the pain or fever does not subside or persists for more than 3 days while being treated with IBUMAX, consult your doctor for further action. Do not take the medicine for more than 7 days without consulting your doctor. If children and adolescents need to be given this medicine for more than 3 days or if symptoms worsen, a doctor should be consulted.
🍃 Ingredients
The active substance is ibuprofen 200 mg in one coated tablet. Excipients are microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, pre-milled corn starch, colloidal anhydrous silica, 50% stearic acid, magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate, Opadry OY-S-28703 white upholstery system [composition: polydextrose, hypromellose 2910, titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 4000].
