
Ibumax is used for mild to moderate pain and inflammation control in adults, adolescents and children 6 years of age and older. The active ingredient in Ibumax is ibuprofen. Ibumax belongs to a group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic drugs that are used to control inflammation, pain and fever. IBUMAX is used for mild to moderate pain, e.g. for headaches, teeth, back, for painful menstruation, for muscle and joint pain accompanying flu-like illnesses, for musculoskeletal injuries such as bruises and sprains, in febrile states in influenza diseases and as an adjunctive treatment for febrile states in other diseases. The product is intended for adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: Unless otherwise directed by a physician, adults and adolescents over 12 years of age usually take 1 IBUMAX tablet 3 times daily for febrile illnesses. For pain, take 1 tablet once or as needed, but no more than 3 times a day. A single dose can be repeated after 4-6 hours. Do not exceed a total daily dose of 1200 mg (3 tablets per day) without a doctor's recommendation.
Children 6-12 years:
Children aged 6-12 years are usually given 20-35 mg of ibuprofen per kg of body weight per day, equivalent to a dosage of 1/2 tablet 2-3 times a day, 6-8 hours apart between doses.
The active substance is ibuprofenum 400 mg in 1 tablet. Excipients are pre-swollen corn starch, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearic acid 95%, colloidal anhydrous silica, Opadry upholstery system OY-S-28703 white (includes: polydextrose, hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 4000).
An over-the-counter medicine for internal use containing ibuprofen 400 mg in one tablet. Read the package leaflet and consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. For children with a body weight up to 30 kg, do not exceed a dose of 400 mg per day.
