Ichtoxyl ointment 30 g
Ichtoxyl contains the medicinal substance ichthamol.
Ichthamol acts:
counterintuitively
anti-inflammatory
reduces sebum production
has a mild disinfectant effect
increases skin blood circulation
Ichtoxyl is an ointment for external use on the skin for local treatment of skin diseases.
Used:
for eczema
purulent skin diseases
infected fungal skin diseases
frostbite
bedsores
in incipient tenderness
acne (acne)
Ichtoxyl ointment can be used without medical advice to treat acne, eczema and minor purulent skin conditions. For other diseases, the product can be used only after consulting a doctor. If you do not feel better within 3 days or if you feel worse, you must consult a doctor.

Dosage and method of use
Adults apply the ointment in a thin layer 2-3 times a day on the affected areas. The duration of treatment varies depending on the type, extent and rate of healing of the disease. Do not use the product for more than 2 weeks without consulting your doctor. Children older than 1 year can use Ichtoxyl ointment only on the advice of a doctor. Sites treated with Ichtoxyl should not be exposed to sunlight. It must not be used on mucous membranes or in the eyes.
Contraindications
Sites treated with Ichtoxyl should not be exposed to sunlight. Applying the product to unprotected skin may stain the laundry. Use of Ichtoxil in pregnancy Pregnant and breastfeeding women can use Ichtoxyl only on the advice of a doctor.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box and tube for EXP. The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help to protect the environment.
