Recommended dosage
Take 3 capsules daily, ideally divided into several doses and with a sufficient amount of water.
• PCOS and fertility support: 3 capsules daily (1950mg Myo-inositol and 600µg Quatrefolic®)
• Preparation for pregnancy: start taking at least 1–3 months before conception
• Mental well-being and metabolic health: individually as needed (consult a doctor)
