Cooling the Inter-Tech IPC 1U-10255 server
Efficient heat dissipation is provided by five pre-installed 40mm fans located in the partition behind the drive bays. These fans create a strong airflow across key components, keeping temperatures at a safe level even under sustained system load. The fans are powered via standard Molex connectors, which simplifies connection to the power supply and cable management inside the narrow profile of the case.
Storage and connectivity
The versatile drive mounting system offers positions for nine 2.5" drives or three 3.5" hard drives, or a combination of both depending on current needs. The front panel includes USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports for quick data access or connecting peripherals from outside the rack. Clear LED indicators on the front show the power status, hard drive activity, and network traffic.
