Dosing:
Always take one light blue "morning" capsule in the morning and one black "evening" capsule in the evening. The capsules are taken with food. Wash down with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Manual capsules: Magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and folic acid (vitamin B9) help to reduce fatigue and exhaustion
Evening capsules: Magnesium and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal mental activity. Zinc is involved in the process of cell division. Together with vitamin B6, it contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
