Jabra PanaCast Room Kit Multi video conferencing system transmits high-quality video and audio during video conferences in large meeting rooms for up to 22 people. This system integrates three cameras with a total resolution of up to 3840×1080 pixels, capturing the entire space in a wide 180° field of view. This ensures that all participants seated across the meeting room are included in the frame. The kit also includes the Jabra Control IP control panel, making it easy to manage the conference system and start meetings. The device supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1 wireless connectivity, expanding connection options and making it simple to integrate into your corporate environment.

Room coverage
Three integrated cameras capture the room at a horizontal angle of 180° and a vertical angle of 54°. The system uses a panoramic field of view that eliminates blind spots around the table. The cameras support up to 6× digital zoom without losing detail, which helps when focusing on distant participants. Resolution reaches up to 3840×1080 pixels.
Advanced audio system
Eight microphones with beamforming technology and four speakers handle the audio for your meetings. The speakers consist of two woofers and two tweeters with a frequency range of 80Hz to 20000Hz. The microphones capture voices up to 11 metres away when using the additional SpeakerMic module. The system filters out unwanted background noise and suppresses echo.
Management
Administrators can manage and update the system remotely via the Jabra Plus cloud platform. The device runs on Windows or macOS and supports Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. Enterprise-grade security uses the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform to protect transmitted data. Additionally, the system offers secure boot.
Connectivity options
The device includes a variety of connectors for stable integration into meeting rooms. There are two HDMI ports for video output and one HDMI port for content sharing. A wired network connection is provided by an RJ-45 Ethernet port supporting IPv4 and IPv6. You can connect other peripherals using the USB-A interface and two USB-C ports.
Intelligent features
Integrated sensors constantly monitor the meeting room environment, including temperature, humidity, and CO₂ concentration. The system automatically counts the people present and provides analytical data on space utilisation. An intelligent zoom function adjusts the camera frame according to the number and distribution of participants at the table. Artificial intelligence detects the active speaker and focuses attention on them.
Simple plug-and-play installation
The kit does not require complex programming or tedious configuration before its first use. All components work as soon as you connect the cables to the main unit and power source. Simple wiring of individual components makes it easy to set up the entire conferencing solution and use it daily. The system also supports BYOD mode for connecting a user's own laptop.
