A complex of vitamins and minerals
A complex of vitamins and minerals in an optimal daily dose specifically for men, enriched with Siberian ginseng extract, lutein, lycopene and choline. Vitamin A helps maintain good vision. Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Folic acid and niacin help with exhaustion and fatigue. Vitamin D3 maintains healthy bones, muscles, teeth and the proper functioning of the immune system.

Recommended dosage
1 tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other food supplements or medicines. Consult a doctor for use beyond 1 month.
Warning
Not suitable for children. The iron content of this supplement poses a serious risk of harm to children's health. Consult a doctor if you are taking blood thinning medication, have an acute infection, high blood pressure, liver disease and/or have a hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
Storage
Store at a temperature of 15–25°C, out of the reach of children.
