The grilling surface is coated with a special Whitford Xylan® surface, which is highly durable and distributes heat evenly. This PFOA-free non-stick surface lets you prepare food with a minimal amount of fat. For even healthier cooking, the grill has an integrated drainage channel. This efficiently drains excess fat and juices into a separate collection tray, which you'll appreciate when preparing meat and vegetables.
