The KDS 6 FLEXI offset butcher' s boning knife from the PROFI LINE series is designed and tested for demanding use in the food industry and meets today' s high hygiene requirements. It is therefore suitable for professionals, but can also be used in the kitchens of ordinary households. Its blade is made of high-quality N6MoV stainless steel with molybdenum and vanadium, which extends the life of the blade and allows for higher hardness (54–56 HRc). The modern ergonomic handle reduces the effort of work while maintaining maximum safety. The knife can be washed in the dishwasher.
