From the fermenter straight to the fridge
The closure allows a smooth transition from fermentation to storage. Once your kefir or other fermented product is ready, simply replace the original lid of the fermenter with the sealing storage cap. You don't have to transfer the contents to another container, which saves time and dishes. The jar with the lid on is ready to be stored in the fridge, where it protects the contents from external influences.
