The daily dose also covers the recommended amount of vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12, which have a beneficial effect on maintaining the proper function of the nervous system.

Dosing:
Take 1 time a day. Wash down with a sufficient amount of liquid (e.g. water, unsweetened tea).

Composition:
Fenugreek root powder, sucrose, lactose (milk product), filler (microcrystalline cellulose) stabiliser (polyvinylpyrrolidone), thickener (gum arabic), anti-caking agents (talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silica), polishing agent (shellac, polyethylene glycol, beeswax and carnauba wax), riboflavin (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
