The Kolimax Professional pot with lid combines two timeless materials—stainless steel and glass. Its beautiful all-metal handles fit perfectly in your hand, and the polished surface of the cookware is effortlessly complemented by the brushed bottom section. The pot is made from food-grade CrNi 18/10 stainless steel for 100% health safety, constructed from a solid 0.8mm thick sheet metal. The A-THERM INDUCTION sandwich base saves energy during cooking, and the manufacturer guarantees its flatness for lossless heat transfer throughout the pot's entire lifetime. The glass lid is made from durable, tempered safety glass. It also features a steam vent for easy steam release while cooking. The drainage grooves under the lid handles allow water to run off after washing in the dishwasher. You can use both the pot and lid in the oven up to 300°C. It is easy to clean and maintain—all you need is running water and a soft sponge with detergent.
