The Kolimax Professional pot with lid combines two timeless materials – stainless steel and glass. The beautiful all-metal handles fit comfortably in your hand, and the polished surface of the cookware is effortlessly complemented by the brushed bottom section. It combines elegance and quality, thanks to the materials used and its perfect craftsmanship. The pot is made from CrNi18/10 food-grade stainless steel for 100% health safety, constructed from a sturdy 0.8mm thick sheet metal. The A-THERM INDUCTION accumulating sandwich base saves energy during cooking, and the manufacturer guarantees its dimensional stability for lossless heat transfer throughout the pot's lifetime. The glass lid is made of strong, tempered safety glass. It also features a steam vent for easy steam release while cooking. Water drains away through the grooves under the lid handles after washing in the dishwasher. You can use the pot and lid in the oven up to 300°C. It is easy to clean and maintain; all you need is running water and a soft sponge with detergent.
