Space Delay Effect on an Analogue Synthesiser
An indispensable part of the classic analogue synthesiser sound is a good delay. This delay in the analogue domain is based on a tape echo. The Monotron Delay is an analogue synthesiser optimised for sound effects. In addition to an analogue oscillator, filter, and LFO, it is also equipped with a Space Delay effect, which is indispensable for lightning-fast, cosmic sounds. The Monotron Delay even reproduces the pitch changes that occur when you change the Delay time, just like an analogue tape echo. This thick and warm delay will add authenticity to your analogue sounds.
Dual-Waveform LFO
The Low Frequency Oscillator (LFO) waveforms, used to modulate the pitch, now offer a choice of two waveform shapes—a new square wave plus the traditional triangle wave. Both the Rate and Intensity (depth) parameters can be set independently. In addition, a trimmer on the back panel allows you to continuously adjust the shape/direction of the triangle wave or the pulse width of the square wave, giving you another degree of freedom. In conjunction with Delay, the LFO can create dazzling effects and offers unique possibilities for enhancing your songs.
