Cezve the set includes pots for making two, three and four cups of coffee. Jazz Volume: 2 cups - 100 ml, 3 cups - 200ml, 4 cups - 300 ml. They are equipped with a granite non-stick surface, thanks to which the coffee will not burn and are also scratch-resistant. The pots have stainless steel handles and are suitable for all types of hotplates except induction. Preparation of authentic Turkish coffee: Pour very finely ground coffee - 7 grams per 1 deciliter of water - into the coffee pot. Add sugar and spices to taste - e.g. cinnamon. Pour cold water over everything and let the mixture heat slowly on the stove. The moment it boils and the foam reaches the edge of the container, the jazzer is turned off to allow the foam to fall. The coffee must not go through the boil! The brewing process is repeated twice more before the coffee is poured into cups and served.
