The moulds can withstand temperatures from - 60 to 230°C without any change in properties or technical parameters. They can be used in the oven, but are also suitable for the fridge. The non-stick nature of the moulds guarantees easy and quick removal of the product from the mould. The moulds can be easily washed with a sponge under running water or in the dishwasher.

To keep the mould non-stick, we recommend to put it in the oven for about 10 min. into boiling water, especially after baking sticky dough. In case you are baking something with a small amount of fat, you can improve the non-stick properties of the mould with a light coating of fat or a dusting of cocoa or flour. Caution, if used incorrectly, the user bears the risk of damage.
