Lindhaus LW46 Hybrid floor cleaning machine with suction
The Lindhaus LW46 Hybrid floor washer is a functional floor washer for warehouses, halls, corridors, schools, etc. It can be used with an integrated battery and power cord and is designed for these large cleaning jobs on any surface. It can clean up to 1500 m² in 1 hour. The floor washer includes a pressure-adjustable cylindrical brush with a width of 46 cm. The brushes are easy to change. Lindhaus LW46 Hybrid simultaneously brushes, wipes, vacuums, so floors are instantly dry. The removable clean water tank has a capacity of 10 litres and is sufficient for approximately 30 minutes of operation, while the waste tank has a capacity of 13 litres. The low weight and foldable design ensure easy handling even when cleaning stairs. It lasts 90 minutes on battery power. The LW46 can work on any type of hard floor for spaces from 200 to 2000 m².

Removable water tanks
The rear blue tank for clean water and chemicals is equipped with a cap with a measuring cup. The front grey collection tank is equipped with a float system and a motor protection filter. All filters are treated antiseptically to eliminate bacteria, fungi and mites on contact. The washer is easily adjustable by 160° for maximum operator manoeuvrability. Allows easy access under tables, low furniture and allows the machine to fold up for transport in a vehicle.
Easy maintenance without tools
The easily sliding wiper bar is set against the direction of the machine to thoroughly suck out the water. It can be removed without tools and the wiper bar can be rotated for use on 4 sides, resulting in maximum cost reduction. The machine has one high-speed brush roller 1200 RPM in the front. It is dynamically balanced and can be replaced in seconds without tools. The brush pressure is adjustable.
Flexible operation and powerful 900 W motor
The machine is 100% hybrid and works with a 90 minute battery or power supply with a 15 meter cable. Charging time after full discharge is 3 hours. During the downtime, it is possible to recharge the batteries without waiting for a full discharge. The highly efficient 900 W two-stage motor is very efficient while maintaining top performance.
Brush rollers
LW46 has no limits, when it comes to perfect cleaning of any hard surfaces such as marble, wood, ceramics, resin, quartz etc. Brush pressure is adjustable. A large selection of other brushes or grinding wheels is available to handle any type of work from delicate to difficult.
