This thoughtfully curated set includes a Chef's knife, Santoku knife, Utility knife, Boning knife, Paring knife, and a Bread Knife. The perfect cut is delivered by the SanMai sandwich blade construction, made using Japanese technology – at its core is a VG-10 steel cutting 'razor blade', protected on both sides by a tough layer of Damascus steel. This combination of materials gives the knives long-lasting sharpness and resistance to corrosion, wear, and impact. The Damascus steel, formed from two different types of steel with distinct colour tones, provides an attractive appearance. Each knife's blade is set into a comfortable, solid wood handle with a steel bolster. The MaceMaker Hailstorm SanMai kitchen knives are not suitable for dishwashers.
