mamacoffee Women's Project is a unique 100% Arabica from the Jinotega region of Nicaragua, where it is grown at an altitude of 1000-1150 m above sea level. m. This coffee is produced by experienced women farmers who are gaining a better position in the coffee market thanks to this project. The Catuai, Caturra, Catimor and Parainema grains are hand-picked and then processed using a washed method that emphasizes the purity and balance of the resulting profile. Medium roasting ensures a harmonious taste with low acidity. The flavour profile is smooth and elegant - notes of milk chocolate, star anise and red apples dominate, complemented by a pleasant chocolate aftertaste. The coffee is a great choice for espresso and mocha brewing.
