Ingredients
Ginger root 360 mg, apple fruit, rosehip fruit 320 mg, Hibiscus flower, roasted chicory root, Chamomile flower 100 mg, echinacea tincture 75 mg, sea buckthorn fruit 100 mg, turmeric root 100 mg, aroma, lemon zest, citric acid, vitamin C 25 mg.
Preparation
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 sachet and leave to infuse for 10 min.
Recommended dosage
1-2 cups per day.
