Use:
Mouthwash - Rinse your mouth with one mouthful of undiluted mouthwash for 30 seconds. Do not swallow or rinse afterwards. Use 1-2 times a day.
Toothpaste - Apply a small amount of toothpaste about the size of a pea on your toothbrush. Using minimal pressure, brush your teeth in circular motions at least 2 times a day.
