Preparation
Shake before opening. Start with a small amount and increase the amount as needed. Avoid metal spoons. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.

HOLLE recommends to start feeding at the earliest in the 5th month. Start slowly - there is certainly no hurry. Serve soft, single-species vegetable starters first. After 3 to 4 weeks of introducing the first feedings, add non-dairy porridges and meat feedings full of the necessary iron. However, please note that each baby is getting used to it individually, so it's a good idea to start with feedings according to their reactions. Here are some tips on how to tell if your baby is ready for a feed: the baby's grasping for food, he doesn't refuse food, watching the spoon with interest, makes a squelching sound, sitting upright in his chair, she opens her mouth, as the spoon approaches. However, it is always best to consult your pediatrician. Each baby is individual and requires an individual approach not only in the diet.
