The iMex Smart bed guard ensures your child sleeps peacefully and prevents them from falling out of bed. Installation requires no drilling, as the guard fits directly underneath the mattress. The Double Click safety system prevents accidental folding, and the lowering mechanism is designed so that children cannot unlock it themselves. Multifunctional 2-in-1 guard – convert the guard into a playpen
When you purchase 4 iMex Smart bed guards, you receive free connectors, which are key to converting the guards into a practical playpen. Experts developed this clever connector with multifunctionality and safety in mind. It lets you connect individual guards into a stable structure to create a safe, enclosed space. This is ideal as a playpen where your child can play and rest away from hazards in the room. Converting the guards into a playpen is very simple and anyone can do it without the need for complex tools. To assemble the playpen, you need two pairs of guards of the same size, e.g., 2×200cm and 2×120cm.
Safe and durable construction
The entire guard features a double-sided lowering system, giving you access to your baby from the outside of the bed. The locking mechanism is designed so that children cannot release it themselves. Adjustable metal feet let you customise the height of the guard to match the mattress, avoiding any dangerous gaps between the railing and the mattress. The metal legs feature a wide end cap that slides under the mattress for extra stability. The frame is made of lightweight, durable metal that withstands high pressure and does not deform. Materials include metal tubes, plastic parts (PP) and soft protective elements (EPE foam).
High-quality and breathable material
The product features breathable mesh, which ensures adequate air circulation and lets you keep an eye on your child. The top of the guard is covered with a child-friendly, easy-to-clean material. The fabric is also suitable for homes with pets. Smart guards cannot be combined with other types of guards (such as the Premium range). The actual length of the railing is approximately 3cm shorter to leave room for attaching additional rails on both sides. The guard is only intended to protect children while sleeping. Do not climb on it or modify its construction.
Drill-free installation
You can install the iMex Smart guard without any drilling. The system secures directly under the mattress, where the weight of the mattress stabilises the structure. Use the bed guards individually, in pairs (in an L-shape or opposite each other), in groups of 3 (in a U-shape) or as a set of 4 (around the entire perimeter of the bed). You can mount them to almost any type of bed. When ordering, measure the inside frame of your bed.
