JUKL Herbal Tea Blend
A herbal blend containing camomile, hops, heather, marigold, mallow, lichens, burdock, plantain, liquorice, St. John's wort, and horsetail, among others. Plantain, liquorice, and horsetail contribute to the body's natural defences.
Ingredients
Camomile, Hops, Heather, Marigold, Mallow, Lichens, Burdock, Condurango, Plantain, Liquorice, St. John's Wort, Horsetail, Toadflax
Preparation
Infusion (leaves, stems, flowers):
Pour 1/4L of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the blend, cover, leave to steep for 10 minutes and then strain.
Decoction (roots, fruits, seeds):
Add 1–2 teaspoons of the blend to 1/4L of cold water, bring to the boil, simmer for 1 minute, cover and leave to stand for 15 minutes, then strain. Always prepare the drink fresh and enjoy 2–3× a day.
Warning
Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. St. John's wort may cause photosensitisation in sensitive individuals.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C.
