JUKL Primrose Flower Tea 30 g is a single-species herbal tea made from carefully dried primrose flowers. It has a delicate, slightly sweet and floral taste with a pleasant aroma. Primrose flowers support the healthy function of the respiratory system, contribute to relaxation and ease of breathing and are a popular part of herbal mixtures for seasonal stress. Ingredients
100 % Spring primrose (Primula veris).
Recommended dosage
It is recommended to drink 1-2 cups per day according to taste and need.
Preparation
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the flowers, leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Drink warm.
