The Illuminating Highlighter Pen brightens the skin and reduces shadows and signs of fatigue for a fresh and rested look. The cream formula contains the Skinarctic Lumenessence Complex, which combines hydrating Arctic spring water, smoothing Nordic birch sap and brightening Arctic mulberry. This complex hydrates the skin, enhances its radiance and promotes a more youthful and healthy-looking appearance. The product is vegan.

Use:
Apply make-up around the eyes and both sides of the nose and gently blend with fingertips or a brush. For an overall brightening effect, apply to the highest points of the cheeks, above the upper lip (upper lip arch), on the bridge of the nose or above the eyebrows. For an instant brow lift, apply directly above the brows.
