Market Grounds TE Gourmet Tea Bag Refreshing Mint 20 pcs
Do you think that a hot cup a tea is perfect for those long winter evenings? In that case, the Market Grounds tea deserves your attention. The history of green tea goes back 5,000 years, with China and Japan producing the most, but other Asian countries are not far behind. First, the leaves of the Chinese or Assam tea plant must be harvested. As a next step, the leaves are allowed to wilt to get rid of excess water. For green teas, the steeping process is reduced to as short a time as possible and they are heated rapidly immediately to avoid oxidation (as with black teas). Oxidation is stopped by rapid heating, e.g. pan-frying, steaming or baking. The petals are then rolled. Market Grounds tea is offered in a 42 g pack.
