Ibisek, Arrow, Lemon verbena, Anise, lemongrass, Fennel, maté tea, licorice, rosemary, grunts, blackberry.
Recommended consumption
Place 1 teaspoon (approx. 2 g) of tea in a mug and pour 200 ml of boiling water. Infuse for 5-8 minutes and then strain. You can sweeten the fragrant infusion with honey, coconut sugar or agave syrup. You can also add other favorite superfoods.
