ORIENTAL Herbal tea Artemisia absinthii - 200 g
ORIENTAL Herbal tea Wormwood infusion
200 g
Aromatic taste
This product is a loose single-species tea made from the cut leaves of wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), an herb famous for its extremely bitter and strongly aromatic taste. Wormwood is valued in traditional herbalism especially for supporting normal digestion, as the bitter substances stimulate the production of digestive juices and bile. Tea has also historically been used to stimulate appetite and cleanse the body, but its use should always be short-term. This is a very strong herbal infusion that must be dosed carefully and the recommended maximum daily amount must be observed.
Ingredients
Wormwood (Artemisia absinthii) 100%.
Recommended dosage
Most often it is recommended to drink 1-2 times a day (e.g. before meals to stimulate the appetite). Do not exceed 2 cups per day.
Preparation
Pour approximately 5 g over 0.3 litres of boiling water (95 °C), leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Notice
Due to the thujone content, do not use wormwood for a long time. Tea is not intended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C.
