Semi-green tea ORIENTAL Formosa Dong Ding Oolong is suitable for preparation in the style of Gong Fu Cha. For normal preparation, you will need 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of tea and a 0.6l teapot. Pour water at 70 °C over the tea and leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. You can use the same tea leaves to make a second infusion. This time, pour water at 70-80 °C and leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. Pour the third infusion with water at a temperature of 70-80 °C and leave to infuse for 7 to 10 minutes.
